Each item is made especially for you when you place your order. We’re so grateful for your support and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

Made-to-Order Items

Because all of our products are print-on-demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, color preference, or change of mind.
Please double-check your size and details before ordering — our sizing charts can help you find the best fit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll gladly replace it or issue a refund.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please email us at holythreadsapp@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, including:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem

Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Print-on-demand apparel (unless defective)

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items
